About Melmar Enterprises

Eisenstein combines her extensive training in emotional intelligence, communication assessment, facilitation, conflict resolution, organizational development, and mediation to get results. She specializes in these industries: major airlines, military, human resources, hospitals, health care institutions, library systems, education, banking, government and community organizations.

Understanding how our brain processes information is a key part of her program.

When Eisenstein is not conducting seminars, she is civically engaged in her community. She brings her extensive background in communication and emotional intelligence to her community. She ran for town office and started a civic association, whose mission is to inform and educate the community. She encourages and coaches others to be civically engaged, regularly facilitates community meetings, and presently sits on her town’s Planning Board.
